Candidates should submit their admission form along with the allotment letter either issued by the Convener or the management along with 4 sets of photocopies of the following Certificates:

• TS EAMCET Hallticket, Allotment Order.
• SSC & Intermediate Memorandum of Marks
• Transfer Certificate from the Institution where the Candidate last studied
• Bonafide/ Conduct Certificate (6th to 10th Class, Intermediate)
• Date of Birth Certificate (if necessary).
• Migration & Equivalence Certificates (for students coming from states other than AP & Telangana)
  • Income Certificate of the parent/guardian (if necessary).
  • Nativity Certificate from Mandal Revenue Officer (if necessary).
  • Caste/Community Certificate from an officer, not below the rank of Mandal Revenue Officer (if necessary).
• Bank Pass Book – first page showing candidate & bank details-for scholarship applicants only
• Aadhaar Card
• Passport Size Photographs-10 Nos
• Self Addressed Postal Envelopes with 5Rs stamps affixed – 08 Nos

Note: The College reserves the right to cancel the admission of a candidate at any stage if it is detected that the admission is against the rules and regulations of the University.
